Delivery & Refund Policy
At Nature Sings, we are committed to delivering the freshest organic, wood-fired pizza to your door as quickly and sustainably as possible. This Delivery & Refund Policy outlines our delivery service areas, estimated timeframes, eco-packaging standards, and refund procedures.
1. Delivery Service Area
We currently offer free delivery to the following areas in and around Boulder, Colorado:
- Downtown Boulder & CU Campus — Estimated delivery: 15–25 minutes
- North Boulder & Mapleton Hill — Estimated delivery: 20–30 minutes
- South Boulder & Table Mesa — Estimated delivery: 20–35 minutes
- Gunbarrel & Niwot — Estimated delivery: 30–40 minutes
- Louisville & Superior — Estimated delivery: 35–45 minutes

2. Delivery Fees
Delivery is always free for all orders within our service area. There is no minimum order requirement for delivery. We believe that sustainable food delivery should be accessible to everyone.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates based on average preparation and transit conditions. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Current order volume (peak hours: Fri–Sat 6:00–8:30 PM)
- Weather conditions (heavy snow, extreme wind, etc.)
- Traffic and road closures
- Distance from our kitchen at 1048 Pearl St, Boulder, CO
We will notify you if there is a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery window. You may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay exceeds 30 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time.
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging
At Nature Sings, sustainability is at the core of everything we do, including our packaging. Every delivery order is packaged in:
- 100% compostable pizza boxes made from recycled and plant-based materials
- Biodegradable insulation liners to keep your pizza hot during transit
- Plant-based cutlery and napkins (provided upon request only, to minimize waste)
- Compostable bags for sides, salads, and beverages
Our packaging is certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI). We encourage you to compost or recycle all packaging materials after use.
5. Delivery Fleet
Nature Sings operates a fleet of electric delivery vehicles to minimize our carbon footprint. For shorter-distance deliveries in downtown Boulder, our team uses electric cargo bicycles. We offset the carbon emissions of every delivery through certified carbon credit programs.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 5 minutes of placement: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us immediately by phone at +1 (303) 555-0155.
- After 5 minutes but before preparation begins: Full refund may be issued at our discretion. Please call us as soon as possible.
- After preparation has started: Cancellations are generally not accepted once our kitchen has begun preparing your order, as fresh ingredients have already been committed.
7. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every pizza we deliver. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following remedies:
7.1 Cold or Improperly Heated Pizza
If your pizza arrives cold or below an acceptable temperature due to a delivery delay on our end, we will offer you the choice of:
- A full replacement of the affected pizza at no charge, or
- A full refund of the affected item(s)
7.2 Damaged or Spilled Orders
If your pizza or sides arrive visibly damaged, crushed, or spilled due to handling during delivery, we will provide a full replacement or full refund for the affected items. Please take a photograph of the damaged order for our records.
7.3 Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong pizza or your order is missing items, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a refund for the missing or incorrect items.
7.4 Allergen Issues
If you specified dietary restrictions or allergen requirements at the time of ordering and your pizza does not comply, please contact us immediately. We take allergen safety extremely seriously and will provide an immediate replacement or full refund.
7.5 General Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the taste or quality of your pizza for any other reason, please contact us within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee a refund for subjective taste preferences, we will do our best to make things right, whether through a store credit, discount on your next order, or other appropriate remedy.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number or the name used for the order

9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
10. Pickup Orders
Walk-in pickup orders are available at our kitchen location: 1048 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302. Pickup orders do not incur any delivery fees. Our standard refund policy applies to pickup orders that are prepared incorrectly or do not meet quality standards.
11. Catering Orders
For catering orders (10+ pizzas or events), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Catering cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please review our catering terms at the time of booking.
