Our signature pizza is a celebration of simplicity and quality. We start with a slow-fermented 48-hour sourdough base made from stone-ground organic flour, stretch it by hand, and top it with crushed San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, fresh buffalo mozzarella sourced from Rocky Mountain Creamery in Longmont, Colorado, and fragrant basil leaves picked the same morning from our partner farm just outside Boulder.
Baked in our imported Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven at over 900°F for just 90 seconds, the result is a perfectly charred crust with a soft, pillowy interior that you simply cannot achieve in a conventional oven. This is organic pizza the way nature intended — pure, honest, and absolutely delicious.
